I’m going to tell you why this is one to consider! Although, I do wish there was a longer auto-shutdown 45 minutes is the most minutes I’ve seen as the majority of them have 15, 20, 30 minute auto-shut down which is not enough time for people with chronic insomnia. Fortunately, I’ve learned the placement of the buttons I can easily restart it without having to look at it or turning on the light. Ok … but does it really have a ‘hypnotizing’ effect? For me personally it is helping so much to shift my mind from chronic overthinking to shutdown by focusing on the pulsing and, although I’m not actually able to drift off to sleep yet my brain is learning to shut down which in time should help me to drift off to sleep more peacefully and, fingers crossed quicker. I have chronic insomnia and, only use sleep mode so it would be beneficial if I could lock the mode so that theres absolutely no chance of accidentally switching the mode from sleep to excite
